Tuck Shop Cafe, Pie-house and Delicatessen
We were excited when we saw a cafe setting up just around the corner where we lived. It is just what we needed in the area- a cafe that we can spend our lazy weekend late morning over delicious brunch and good coffee.
After a few weeks of fitout/renovation, the Tuck Shop Cafe, Pie-House and Delicatessen finally opened for business last week. (It's located at 178 Newcastle- corner of Money Street and Newcastle Street.)
We didn't know what to expect, but as soon as we entered the contemporary cosy cafe and read the menu, we knew that it was going to be great. And the good news was that it didn't disappoint.
J had the Cheese Kransky, baked potatoes with grain mustard, fried onion rings and fried eggs. He loves it, and he reckoned that the fried onion rings were the best he has eaten.
I will do more review on this cafe once I have the chance to go back and have a proper meal. I can't wait!
